How to Install Your Clarus CF50 Series Cartridge Filter

Installing the Clarus CF50 Series

Before installation, turn off all power to the pump and release pressure from the filtration system.

1. Place the filter housing on a stable and level surface.
2. Connect the pump outlet to the filter inlet.
3. Connect the filter outlet to the pool return line.
4. Confirm that all fittings and unions are secure.
5. Open the air-relief valve before starting the pump.
6. Start the pump and close the valve when water flows steadily.
