Orders can usually be cancelled before they enter the shipping process.
To request a cancellation:
- Go to My Orders.
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click Cancel Order (if available).
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may initiate a return after receiving the item.
