- Alternate: Contact Customer Support with the following:
– Your order number or proof of purchase
– Product name or model
– Description of the issue
– Clear photos or videos, if applicable
Please keep the product—we may request a return or additional documentation.
Do not return any items until your claim is reviewed and authorized.
