How Do I Start a Return?

If your purchase is eligible for return, you can start the process by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Open Order History.
3. Select the order you wish to return.
4. Click Start Return.
5. Choose the reason for the return and submit your request.

Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
