What can void my warranty?

Last Updated:

Warranty coverage may be voided if the product was misused or not installed according to instructions. Your warranty may be void if the product:

  • Was installed/used improperly or outside instructions
  • Shows chemical, freeze, or extreme‑condition damage
  • Was modified or serviced by non‑authorized providers
  • Shows misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
  • Was bought from an unauthorized seller
  • Lacks valid proof of purchase
  • Was already replaced under warranty (coverage doesn’t reset)

See full terms in our Warranty Policy.
