How do I view my payment plan or balance?

You can view your Shop Pay Installment balance, payment dates, and full schedule by logging into your Affirm account:

1. Go to affirm.com or download the Affirm app

2. Log in using the phone number or email used at checkout

3. Navigate to your open loan to see all payment details
